We keep this short because there's not much to say.
This website (proto-tracker.com)
Sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. If you choose a currency on the pricing page, your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (pt-currency) because you asked for it. It never leaves your device.
If you arrive from a marketing campaign or another website, the campaign name and referring site are passed along in the addresses of links you click (for example ?utm_source=newsletter), so that if you sign up we know which campaign brought you. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and it's only recorded if you create an account.

The app also stores your theme preference (pt-theme) in local storage. Because we only use strictly necessary storage, no consent banner is required, and you won't see one.
Payments
When you check out or open the billing portal you're on Stripe's own website, which uses its own cookies for fraud prevention under Stripe's privacy policy.
